In this lesson, we will begin with fundamental tennis footwork drills without a racket to build agility and coordination. Then, we’ll progress to moving with a racket, learning proper forehand and backhand swings. After mastering the basics, we will introduce serving techniques and cover essential rules of the game. Finally, we’ll put everything into practice on the court, applying our skills in real-world scenarios to develop confidence and improve gameplay. This session is designed to build a strong foundation for both beginners and those looking to refine their technique.
