I am studying BBA currently and have given training programmes anywhere from 5k to weight loss programmes

I use running and bodyweight as well as welighted strengthening exercises to help you lose weight.
The class starts with a warm up and usually lasts for an hour including stretching
I myself have helped my own family members lose weight through running and myself am a 3000m runner
The class is intended for anyone who wants to drop a few pounds of weight!
