About Jaime
I am a Chilean teacher, who has worked for almost 15 years with a wide variety of students and contexts. I have worked with very young children, starting at 4 till grown-ups closer to 50. I am very self-driven and I am very aware of creating a safe learning environment for all my students.

My classes are student-centered, what the students need is key to design the class. I usually use a full-four-abilities approach, where, in each class, we practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing. As classes progress, students are encouraged to share which areas they would like to practice more during classes and which ones they would like to practice on their own. It is very important to lead students into becoming independent learners.
