About Iris
I am a veterinary science student studying in Perth, WA. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, I obtained a high score of 36 out of 42 (average score: 23) in my secondary school public examination. I speak and write fluent Cantonese, Chinese and English. I had tutored previously before, either in groups or individual. Under my guidance, my students were able to improve greatly and obtain much better results.

I prioritize on stimulating the interest that the student have in the learning topic, because I believe that interest and passion are the most important things when it comes to learning. My lessons can be constructed specifically to each of my student, for example: for traveling purposes, for examination, in-depth study of topic etc. For most of my students, I start off by teaching the basis of the learning topic, such as basic grammar and simple vocabulary; And then moving on to construction of sentences that can be used daily. For enhancement, I would also recommend several books, games and movies of my own collection to make the learning experience more fun and enjoyable!
