About Cheyenne

I am a creative professional with experience in sales. My background is medical anthropology and as such I have co-directed documentaries around the topic of mental wellbeing and migration. During my time in London, I have only ever encountered native Dutch-speaking people, but I know there are people out there who need help in honing their pronunciation, speaking and/or writing. I give online lessons. I can also give face to face lesson during the week after 6pm in the London area. Do get in touch in case you have any questions!

About the lesson

We will first have an informal chat to discuss your needs in a session of 30 minutes. Duration of classes is 60 minutes. I find it important to discover how you learn, so you can get the most out of your lessons. Having tutored high school students and having worked freelance in translation, I consider myself a community teacher! This means I can structure our lessons to your benefit, based on your needs, helping you in your learning! I teach all levels and ages.

Perfect! Cheyenne is really flexible with her approach to teaching, she really works the lessons to best suit you and has a great focus on pronunciation. Perfect! Cheyenne is really flexible with her approach to teaching, she really works the lessons to best suit you and has a great focus on pronunciation. Max picks up the language really quick, and even though it helps he has had some immersion in Dutch language outside of class, it seems he studies the language very well as his pronunciation has been good compared to similar students without any knowledge of Dutch either. I have full confidence he can achieve Native Dutch proficiency if he continues to put in the work!
