About Jane

I am an avid lifelong learner, which is part of the reason that I've decided to now pursue a master's degree. In addition to formal education, I'm also a voracious reader and podcast listener, and I think that being surrounded by words has given me a wide vocabulary and confident understanding of grammar. Additionally, I have learned the basics of a couple of languages (Polish, Spanish, etc.), and I think that my language learning background helps me to understand the language learning process a little better.

About the lesson

I like to start off with some light, friendly small talk to gauge a person's initial English proficiency and goals. Then, with that in mind, determine a custom plan for conversations, explanations, and instructions based on the individual's needs and interests.

If I don't know the precise answer to one of your questions right off the bat, I will gladly put in the time to research it and come back with a clearer explanation.
