About Stephanie
I am a Trainer/Mentor/Helpdesk Agent at a Telecommuncations company . The company I work for has international offices and the language requirements range from 30-40% proficiency in English . I am matched with agents that require assistance with comprehension and positioning skills that aide in servicing Canadian clients.
