About Eliana
I have always enjoyed teaching, for instance tutoring younger children in my school in France. I am a patient and motivated tutor, and love to connect with people. I am committed to supporting students of all levels, and I hope to build a workspace that balances dedication to study with a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere! Outside of my studies, I am actively involved in several university societies, such as the gymnastics society, finance society, and of course... the French society! The communication and teamwork skills I have learnt help me bring energy, creativity and flexibility to my teaching!

As a native French speaker, I would like to use a mix of conversation practice, vocabulary building and grammar explanations in the lessons. For younger learners, I bring in games, stories and fun engaging activities! For older students and adults, I can help with listening comprehension, speaking confidence, and exam preparation. Lessons are typically 1 hour long, but adjustable on demand! While I am fairly new to tutoring, I bring a strong academic background: I achieved 18/20 in French national exams, a 18.2/20 overall average across all 9 subjects, and completed 3 IGCSEs with A* grades as extra qualifications. My strength lies in being both a native French speaker and a current university student who understands how to make learning approachable and enjoyable!
