My training as a teacher has helped me to always put the students first and understand their needs. It's been very important for me to get to know how they learn best and what their objectives are. Using games and interactive tools as well as structural exercises is also a very good balance to maximise students' learning. Finally, I make sure to target the four main skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.
