About Ariane
Hi! I’m French and currently taking a gap year from my architecture studies. I really enjoy working with children and have several years of experience helping with homework and doing babysitting. I also have three siblings, so I’m very used to being around kids.
I’m patient, dynamic, and I like finding fun and creative ways to help children learn a language. I often include games, little role-plays, or activities like cooking to make learning French more natural and enjoyable.
I learned English by living in the United States, so I know what it feels like to learn a second language. Because of that, I’m very comfortable switching between French and English to help students understand and feel confident.
I’m also quite flexible and available for lessons. I generally prefer in-person sessions because they’re more interactive and friendly, and it’s often easier for students to learn that way.

I offer French lessons for students from primary school to middle school. I can help them keep up with what they are learning at school by reviewing lessons, helping with homework, and practicing grammar and vocabulary together.
I also like to include conversation practice on different topics to help students feel more comfortable speaking French. Depending on the student, lessons can include small activities, games, and pronunciation practice to make learning more natural and enjoyable.
