My philosophy of teaching revolves around my students. Indeed, I strongly believe my role as an instructor is to adapt myself to give my students more opportunities to succeed in the classroom and in life as well. I believe I can learn from my students as much as they learn from me and that each one of them will improve in my classroom. I believe it is essential my students and I work as a team; I will not be the only one giving them materials and working but we will all bring ideas to the classroom.
