About Ulrike
Born and raised in Osnabrück, Germany, I taught German for travelers at the Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA, and tutored advanced German students at Western Washington University. I have also done contract work translating business marketing pieces from English into German.

I start by teaching the most important and basic nouns with their articles, verbs with their pronouns, and adjectives in comparative and superlative forms. From here we focus on creating sentences that will be followed by increasingly advanced conversation. What sets me apart is that I am a native of Germany who speaks proper high German.
