About Tung
Hi! I’m a Hong Kong native and a fluent English speaker, offering lessons in both Cantonese and Mandarin. As a native Chinese speaker, I can help students learn not only the language itself, but also the natural expressions, pronunciation and cultural context behind it.
I’m a patient, friendly and easy-going person, and I believe that learning a new language should feel comfortable and enjoyable. I’m happy to explain things in different ways and adjust my teaching style according to each student’s level and learning goals.
Since I’m fluent in English, communication is easy and I can clearly explain Chinese grammar, pronunciation and sentence structures in English when needed. Whether you’re learning Cantonese or Mandarin for travel, work, relationships, everyday communication or simply because you love the language, I’ll make the lessons practical, relaxed and tailored to you:)
