About Simona
I am a language tutor, graduated and specialized in modern languages and literatures at University of Palermo, Italy. I can teach Italian, English, French and basic Spanish. I attended the PGDE course at the University of Glasgow from August 2019 to February 2020. I've experienced my teaching in two different public schools in Lothian area: Bo'ness Academy and Craigmount High School. Nevertheless I prefer tutoring!

I always start from pupils' gaps to build a more stable awareness about the spoken and written language. Then, together, step by step we can create presentations and dialogues, written and spoken. I like working through music lyrics, since for me music is the easiest way to absorb a language: it helps in the imitation of the sounds and loosens your nerves!
