About Marta

Born and raised in Italy, I have always been passionate about languages. After graduating from a specialised Language High School (studying English, French, and German), I moved to Germany, where I have lived for over three years.

I personally speak three languages daily and am constantly challenging myself with new ones. Currently, I’m dabbling in Spanish and Norwegian!

Language learning is one of my greatest passions, and I aim to pass that enthusiasm on to you through informal and relaxed lessons. My goal is to guide you to become confident and independent in real-life conversations.

About the lesson

In our first free lesson, we will have the chance to get to know each other and evaluate your specific needs and priorities. It’s the perfect opportunity to see if my teaching style is the right fit for your learning goals.

I offer tutoring and private lessons with no age limit. It is never too late to start learning or perfecting your Italian, whether it’s for work, academic needs, or personal passion.

What we can tackle together:

Grammar & Structure:
We can go over some of the trickier grammar topics, from verb conjugations to the correct use of prepositions.
Though I have not taught Italian grammar professionally, I am able to provide real-life examples of the language and can realistically give you feedback on what sounds natural and most correct to native speakers.

Vocabulary & Real-Life Situations:
We can expand your lexicon and practice colloquial expressions to help you navigate everyday life in Italy, differentiating between formal and informal situations, so you're never afraid to misstep.

Travel Prep:
I can help you prepare for your next trip to Italy, ensuring you feel confident ordering at a restaurant or asking for directions.

My Teaching Focus
My goal is to help you achieve a flow that sounds authentic and effortless, rather than "textbook-stiff."

As a native speaker, I can help you improve your pronunciation and the use of idioms, so your speech sounds natural.
I am happy to share cultural insights and provide authentic and recent learning material, to make the learning experience truly immersive and relevant.
