I have been studying with Sandra for few years now. She is friendly, approachable but conscientious. She mixes listening with grammar, reading and speaking. I decided to learn Italian, later in life, and came across Sandra an independent tutor. I was a complete beginner, but Sandra has been the most patient, and professional tutor. She speaks very clearly and beautifully and arranges tuition to meet your needs. She is very flexible with her lessons and timing if you need it and we have fun. It is enjoyable to learn not a chore. Sandra has been teaching us Italian for the last four years and we look forward to and enjoy our lessons. she explains every aspect clearly and thoroughly and, although she pushes has hard, she is always patient and helpful. (We are retired and elderly and not as quick as we once were.)

She has taught us so much about the language and about the life, the culture and politics of her country. We have lively discussions and a lot of laughs. We look forward to her lessons which are stimulating but never daunting. Sandra is a great teacher
