We were introduced to Wenyue by a friend who she successfully helped improve her pronunciation within a short time. Wenyue is fluently bilingual in both Mandarin & English [& went through the English GCSE & A level system herself so she is very familiar with these requirements] which is super helpful as she helped our daughter understand the differing grammatical & word usage nuances that helped our daughter enormously & her pronunciation improved by leaps & bounds which gave her great confidence to continue to improve. Wenyue is very organised, prepares methodically & is totally focused on the students requirements. Our daughter went from a mediocre student to achieving an excellent result in her A level.

Wenyue is a native Chinese Mandarin speaker who still reads Chinese novels & is an active participant on Mandarin social media. She received all of her Secondary Education in London from Year 7 achieving excellent results in her GCSE & 'A' Levels including Mandarin with 100% marks & an A* in English Literature. She is bilingual in English & Mandarin & understands the demands of GCSE & 'A' level courses. She has acted as a simultaneous interpreter both for Mandarin to English & English to Mandarin both in the UK & China. She is an excellent teacher, prepares well, is very patient & pays attention to every little detail & can help a student to understand the critical elements of language whether written, spoken or in reading.
