About Dominika

Hi! I'm Dominika, a Polish tutor passionate about helping people learn languages in a practical, enjoyable, and effective way.

I have experience teaching Polish for an American company, both face-to-face and online, working with beginner and elementary-level students.

Having lived abroad for many years and learned to speak four languages, I understand the challenges of learning a new language. I know how important it is to find the right learning method, build confidence, and start using the language in real-life situations.

My teaching approach focuses on communication, practical vocabulary, and understanding how a language works naturally. I believe learning should be adapted to each student's needs rather than relying on endless memorisation.

I'm friendly, patient, and passionate about helping students make real progress at their own pace. Whether you're learning Polish for everyday life, work, travel, or personal reasons, I'll help you feel more confident using the language.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalised to your level, goals, and learning style. I want you to do more than just understand Polish. I want you to feel confident using it in everyday conversations.

I use a variety of resources to make lessons engaging and effective, including images, videos, listening activities, reading exercises, dialogues, and interactive materials. I also create personalised learning resources tailored to each student's needs and interests.

Depending on your goals, our lessons can focus on:

Speaking: Practise real-life conversations and build confidence.
Listening: Improve your understanding of spoken Polish.
Reading: Expand your vocabulary and understand sentence structures.
Grammar and vocabulary: Learn step by step through clear explanations and practical examples.
Everyday Polish: Learn useful expressions for living in Poland, travelling, work, and social situations.

Our first lesson will help me understand your current level and what you want to achieve. From there, we'll create a learning approach that works for you.

I believe the most effective way to learn a language is to use it regularly, understand it in context, and practise without being afraid of making mistakes.

Let's make learning Polish practical, enjoyable, and rewarding!
