Philippe was recommended to me by a friend, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. He provides exceptionally well-structured learning materials through Google Classroom, so there's no need to spend money on textbooks. He also offers an exercise app and an extensive study resource library. He is extremely patient and an excellent teacher, and his lessons are both enjoyable and effective. I highly recommend him!

If you want to improve your Portuguese this is the way to do it! I have been taking private lessons with Philippe once a week for the last month and I already feel so much more confident with my Portuguese conversation. The program material provided is extensive and thorough and you can access it to study at anytime. Philippe is so positive and supportive and I have benefited so much from the 1 to 1 tutoring. I highly recommend!!!

I started learning Portuguese from scratch with a focus on business travel. With great patience and excellent teaching skills, Philippe taught me—and continues to teach me—in a wonderful way. The lessons are dynamic, conversations flow naturally, and I have overcome my fear of speaking to strangers or making mistakes when I speak. He is very attentive, dedicated, and always adapts to my crazy schedule. I am extremely happy and proud of my progress. I highly recommend him!

Lessons with Philippe helped me improve my Portuguese a lot. In just two lessons, he was able to completely adapt his content to my needs and my level. I had many difficulties with pronunciation, accent, and grammar, and these lessons helped me tremendously. Philippe is dynamic, motivating, and very nice, and I made progress over the weeks thanks to his classes. Thank you again, and I highly recommend him!

Philippe uses an excellent methodology that strengthens grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, and writing skills, combined with digital solutions that make lessons easier and more efficient. I already had a foundation in Portuguese, especially in speaking, but I needed to improve my grammar, and the classes with the professor have helped me develop and refine this skill.

He is an incredible teacher. He puts so much dedication into preparing the materials and the virtual learning environment. After just one month, I already feel comfortable reading some materials. He understands exactly how fast to go at certain moments and when to focus more on others. I’m delighted — he has far exceeded my expectations! I’m definitely not letting him go anytime soon :)

Philippe is organized with plenty of different sorts of material at the ready and can pivot immediately if we request a focus on something. There are two of us taking this and working around our interests and knowledge is harder than having just one person to tutor! I particularly appreciate the skills-related work on listening. I think that's one of the hardest things to learn and the concentration on that is great.

Philippe is an amazing teacher. His methods of teaching are outstanding. He has wonderful energy that makes learning with him incredibly fun. He is always very prepared for every class. The exercises that he uses are very helpful. He teaches me at an appropriate level and encourages me to do my best. He is really a great teacher.

I started classes with Philippe from zero to learn the basics of Portuguese, and in a short time I already felt prepared to handle everyday situations. His method is very complete: the materials are excellent, the exercises and homework help us improve quickly, and the classes are fun. I highly recommend him.

Philippe is an excellent teacher. Super fun, energetic, and very personable. He makes the lessons interesting and I feel I'm learning a lot in a short period of time. If you are interested in learning Portuguese, I would not hesitate to work with him. I give him a 5 STAR RATING and I'm looking forward to my next class.
