About Lucia
Hello! I’m Lucia, originally from Málaga, Spain, and I’ve been living in Scotland for the past nine years. I completed my degree in Psychology at the University of Glasgow, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and teaching skills. I began teaching while working as an Assistant English Teacher at Bubble Language School in Bangkok, where I taught students of different ages and backgrounds. That experience helped me become adaptable, patient, and creative in how I explain and present information. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I understand the challenges of learning a second language and focus on making lessons clear, supportive, and practical. My goal is to help students build confidence and make steady progress while keeping lessons enjoyable and relevant. I aim to provide fun, well-structured classes that support learners in reaching their goals while allowing me to continue developing my teaching experience.

My lessons are interactive, structured, and fully personalised to each student’s goals. I like to create a comfortable and encouraging environment, where students feel confident to speak and make progress at their own pace. Depending on your goals, lessons can include conversation practice, pronunciation, grammar, and writing support, using real-life examples and materials that make learning enjoyable and relevant. Each class typically lasts 50 minutes, but I’m flexible and can adapt to your schedule. My lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate learners who want to improve fluency, pronunciation, or confidence in English for school, travel, or everyday communication.
