About Michelle
Hola! My name is Michelle and I am excited to help students build confidence in speaking Spanish!
I was born and raised in Panama, and Spanish is my native language. As someone who is fully bilingual, I understand firsthand the challenges, fear, and uncertainty that can come with trying to speak a foreign language. I know what it feels like to hesitate, worry about making mistakes, or feel nervous speaking in front of others and that is exactly why I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
I currently teach middle school Spanish and have more than 10 years of experience in language acquisition and language teaching. Over the years, I have helped students develop confidence, improve pronunciation, and become more comfortable communicating in Spanish.
My goal is to help students overcome the fear of speaking and build confidence through real conversation practice in a patient, positive, and judgment-free environment. Learning a language takes courage, and I am here to support students every step of the way.
