About EVA
After a successful career in the private sector, I decided to change my professional path and move into education because I wanted to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives. I enjoy helping young people achieve their goals while developing skills that go beyond exams: critical thinking, resilience, confidence, independence and the ability to perform under pressure. I want my students to feel prepared not only for their exams, but also for the challenges and opportunities of real life.

I identify each student’s individual needs and strengths, tailoring every lesson to maximise their potential. As an Edexcel examiner, I use mark schemes to guide my students towards the highest possible marks and grades.
As an A Level Spanish teacher, I have an excellent track record of predicted grades, with my students achieving A*, A and B grades. I motivate students through authentic materials linked to current affairs in Spain and Latin America, as well as topics that reflect their own interests.
I keep my students actively engaged throughout the lesson, encouraging them to take responsibility for their learning. I recognise and praise their effort and progress, while helping them understand the importance of developing strong grammar and vocabulary skills.
I prepare students for all components of the exam, including essays, the IRP and oral cards, ensuring they are confident and fully prepared for every part of the assessment.
