About Zujey
Hello! My name is Zujey, and I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia. I have been living in London for many years, where I enjoy a happy family life with my husband and two children. Teaching and supporting others has always been at the heart of who I am. I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Years Education (Colombia), an HND in Health and Social Care Management (London), and a Bachelor’s in Public Health and Health from London Metropolitan University. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a public primary school, where I also lead emotional support for children. Throughout my career, both in Colombia and the UK, I have dedicated my life to teaching and guiding children and young people with patience, care, and professionalism. As your tutor, I will bring the same dedication, warmth, and expertise to help you learn Spanish in a way that is engaging and meaningful. My tutoring style is student-centred and interactive. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s level, goals, and interests, making sure that learning Spanish feels practical and enjoyable. A typical lesson lasts 1 hour, although I can adjust the length depending on the student’s needs. I like to begin with a short review, introduce new topics with examples, and then practise through exercises, role-play, or real-life situations. I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s in Early Years Education (Colombia), an HND in Health and Social Care Management (London), and a Bachelor’s in Public Health and Health (London Metropolitan University). I also have years of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a public primary school in London and as a preschool and primary teacher in Colombia. My lessons are suitable for children, young people, and adults of all levels, from beginners to intermediate learners who want to improve their Spanish for school, travel, work, or personal growth.
