About Toby
Hi, I'm Toby. I'm graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class Master's degree, having studied Natural Sciences.
I'm passionate about helping students become more confident, curious and capable in Maths and Science. I've spent years studying these subjects at an advanced level, but what I enjoy most is helping others understand them. Whether you're grappling with a tricky concept, preparing for an important exam, or simply looking to push yourself further, I aim to make challenging material feel approachable.
My teaching is centred around understanding rather than memorisation. I want my students not only to know how to solve a problem, but to understand why it works and develop the confidence to tackle unfamiliar questions independently.
