I have two styles of teaching, one is Hatha and heart focused, breathing into and staying in poses; and the other is flow, a more dynamic and rigorous practice which is extremely good for fitness, as well as a prnanyama breathing practice at the end of the class
I am a worker at a retreat north of Ballarat, I am looking to graduate end of Feb, have been trained in all aspects of yoga, from strength training, prnanyama breathing to more heart centred healing, looking to graduate in GEL teaching this year, enthusiastic for this kind of practice both personally and to practice with others, have been taking classes at Eastwood leisure centre this year and have been practicing yoga most of my life for fitness and conditions; and piece of mind, my work background has been in rigorous roles in the construction industry and in education. Teaching has been in my upbringing as well as both sides of my family are involved in education.
