Teaching method and techniques:
I take a concept-first approach, using real-world examples from my research to make abstract ideas stick. I adapt to each student's learning style and ask questions rather than just giving answers so students build real confidence.
A typical lesson plan:
We start by identifying where the student feels least confident, work through those areas together using diagrams and practice questions, then wrap up with a clear focus point for next time.
What sets me apart:
6 years of active neuroscience research experience means I bring depth to the material that goes beyond the textbook. I know how to break down complex science clearly because that's literally my job!
