About Daman
I'm Daman, a research scientist at UCL.
I find the brain fascinating and spend my days (when I'm not teaching), researching into how the brain works and new ways we can treat neurological disease.
I have a love for science and I'm fascinated by how all the pieces of biology, chemistry and physics fit together to create life!
I love to teach and inspire the same interest in my students.
My teaching style is adapted to each individual's own learning style and I continually try to relate conveyed knowledge to the real world! That way information is more relatable and easier to learn.
I hope to share knowledge and inspire you!

We will first identify areas of strengths in relation to the curriculum.
Next, we will identify areas for improvement and use a tailored approach targeted to complement each individual's unique learning style.
We will focus on providing detailed understandings of topics and how they fit together.
We will also work on exam technique and methods to memorise important information required to succeed in assessments.
Lessons are 1-2 hours long and suitable for all ages.
I have previously taught/supervised students and marked formal assessments up to MSc level.
