About Angela
I have been acting since I was 14 and at 17 started my Performance degree. Working professionally as an actor fed my soul and was the best fun! From the age of 25 I was teaching afterschool drama for numerous companies in Sydney and then went on to do my Dip ED in double drama. I love the work so much I just want to share it with you. So much of what I want to share with you are rich texts, finding you the perfect audition monologue, helping you make interesting choices, sharing tips for calming the nerves that come with the whole game (I practise pranayama and meditation daily), feeling confident in what makes you shine and happy and whole. Since having my own family I now approach this work with an emphasis on wellbeing and personal growth so if you are wanting to build confidence I'm your gal!

I have a Practitioner’s background in drama and theatre, and my strength in drama teaching comes from my wide knowledge of text and productions, as well as my practical background in acting, directing, and writing. I am student focused in my approach with a high level of care for student well being. So much of this work is about self development and building confidence. My intuitive nature helps students feel safe and from there do their best work. I am committed to ongoing learning both professionally and personally and have always loved the process, training and rehearsals where one can just explore their authentic self and bring that to their work. I work with ages 8 and up and lessons are 1 hour in length.
