As a student myself, I have benefited immensely from peer tutoring. As such, I usually take on a similar teaching style for my students. The benefits of peer tutoring are its flexibility, which allows me to cater to every student's specific needs. However, depending on the ability of my students, sometimes I impose more of a structured curriculum.
