I take the time to introduce myself and ask questions about the student, so the student feels comfortable with me. Then figure out where to start, get appropriate study materials, and make sure I go at the student's pace. Review whatever the student failed to fully grasp and assign homework.

Perfect! Natalie is great, very thorough and attentive, she helped me achieve something that I thought was impossible, being 20 years out of school, my algebra skills were non existent.
