I believe in learning by a proper understanding of the topic and how can you relate it with your existing knowledge. So, first, we start with the need-to-know about the topic along with interactive questions and checkpoints for the student to absorb it, followed by a doubt-clearing session and then a thought-provoking assignment which really assesses and helps the student with a better understanding of the topic. In the end, we discuss the gist of what one has learned from the lecture.
The pace of my teaching is totally dependent on the student.
