About Phoebe
Hello my name is Phoebe Lim and I am an aspiring primary school teacher. I have a strong passion for providing a richer education for the younger generation. Additionally, I value service and love to help those around me. Hence, I have had leadership experience as Head Girl, Student Councilor, publications member and Kids Church leader. I enjoy being creative and have interests in journaling, drawing , song writing and baking. From personal experience, I believe that students can grow with tutors who are hardworking, diligent and supportive . As someone with these characteristics, it would be an honor to see you grow in skills, knowledge and confidence.

My approach to tutoring is to support and motivate my students. I have improved from a C to an A in English and hence I can guide students in HOW to improve. I finished year 12 with a 90.7 ATAR, and English was my top subject. Moreover, this personal experience of mine allows me to empathise with students and to give them that hope to achieve their goals. Minimum lesson length is 1 hour. I have tutored a year 6 Primary student and they improved from a C to a B in less than a year. Not only this, but they have also gained confidence in writing. I also was a primary school assistant teacher for work experience and achieved a 100% assessment score. My lessons are for English ATAR students.
