About Jason
Hello,
I did my leaving cert in 2023 where I achieved a H1 in all 7 of my subjects.
I am currently studying medicine in the University of Galway.
As someone who has just finished my LC, I still remember the tips and tricks of succeeding in secondary school.
I like to think I'm an understanding, patient and flexible person and I aim to work at your pace whether that be fast or slow.

The Leaving Cert Biology course is very extensive and it can be hard to decide where to start.
Our sessions will be focused on what you want. In our first meeting we will decide on a plan for your learning.
I will provide notes and questions for the chapters we are covering in that particular lesson.
Lessons typically last between 50 - 60 minutes.
Unfortunately I'm not in a position to host sessions but I can offer a few options:
1.) I can travel to houses in the Galway City area.
2.) We can agree on a cafe or another suitable public place.
3.) Zoom Lessons
In terms of availability it varies based on my college schedule and other commitments, once we start messaging we can find a time that works for both of us
A general guide is:
Mon-Fri: 6pm - 9pm.
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm.

Jason is a very organised and talented teacher. He helped my sister to build confidence in Chemistry (and even in Physics a little bit!) to do Higher level of Leaving Cert. His explanations were always good and he was generous to send notes after every lesson. His style of teaching is very supportive and my sister enjoyed their lessons very much!
