About Tamara
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and have been helping people reach their goals for years now. I am a Fitness competitor taking out 2nd place in Australian Natural Body Building 2017 and 3rd place INBA 2016. I have my certificate 3 in Fitness and run my own boot camps on a weekly basis. I am also studying towards my Bachelor of Human Nutrition with completed units of Anatomy and Physiology, Chemistry, Public health, Nutritional Foundations and Biology.
