Lessons include planning, shopping, preparation, and presentation of nutritious meals. How to plan ahead and clean up as you go.
How to prepare meals for one person, and how to prepare meals for groups. Lesson times can be tailored to the needs of students. I have 25 years of commercial cookery experience. I have studied nutrition and Ayurveda (food as medicine), natural remedies, and therapies. I have cooked privately in people's homes and for crowds of 400 plus backstage at festivals. Lessons can be tailored to children as young as 8 and are available for adults.
