About the lesson

Kate Waller is an Australian oboist based in Geneva, passionate about musical performance and teaching. A graduate of the Geneva University of Music, she holds two Master's degrees in Music Performance and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies in English horn at the Zurich University of the Arts.

Kate performs regularly with some of Switzerland's finest orchestras, including the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, and the Berner Symphonieorchester.

With 12 years of experience teaching the oboe, Kate offers personalized lessons, both online and in-person, in Geneva and Zurich. Whether you're a beginner, a conservatory student, or an adult amateur, she offers a teaching approach tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on musicality and the joy of playing.

Courses can be taught in French or English, depending on your preferences.
