About April
I am a university student at UNSW. I’ve been playing the piano for a really long time and thus piano or music in general has always been a part of me, a part that I would love to keep nurturing. I want to tutor piano as I want people to enjoy, understand, and appreciate music.

I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming learning environment where students feel free to explore and enjoy music. My priority is to nurture a genuine love of playing piano, focusing on fun and creativity alongside skill development.
Each lesson runs for one hour, divided into warm-ups, technical skills, and repertoire practice. I finish with fun activities or a piece the student loves, so every lesson ends on a positive note.
I have hands-on experience teaching children and adults.
My lessons are ideal for children aged 6–11 or adults at beginner or early-intermediate levels. Whatever your need is, I’ll tailor the program to your personality, pace, and goals.
