About Swanika
Hi! My name is Swanika and I am looking for new students in Sydney as I have recently moved here from Adelaide. I have tutor 15-20 students per week consistently and have been doing so for the past two years.
I received a 99.35 ATAR with 2 merits in 2019. However, I understand that knowledge does not equate to a good tutor. My teaching method includes tailoring myself to each student’s learning needs. I always make sure my students have a firm grasp of a concept before moving on the next topic. I’m friendly and patient and try to make my lessons as engaging as possible!

Why me?

I began teaching a student with dyscalculia, who was failing year 10 maths. By the end of year 11, she was sitting on a B+. I’ve seen tremendous progress in all of my students, and I take great pride in their accomplishments (it’s my favourite part of the job :) ).
My lessons are 25% off. I usually charge $65 per hour; however, I am charging $50 an hour for the first five students only! You can choose to have 30-minute, 1-hour, 1.5-hour or 2-hour lessons! If you wanted a lesson with a friend, I charge $35 per hour (for each individual). Lessons with three people is $30 per hour (for each individual). Lessons with four people is $25 per hour (for each individual).
My lessons will be held in the UNSW library on Tuesday afternoons (from 5:30), Wednesday afternoons (from 5:30) and Sundays (from 12pm)
