About Elisabetta
Ciao! My name is Elisabetta and years ago I came across yoga to control pains due to a woman cronic disease.
The results from this experiment have me pleasantly surprised and I've found tangible benefits.
I love to be active and feel better and my main goal is to share my passion with others. My father was my guru.

About the lesson

My main focus is on yoga for health and my classes are for everyone at each level.
With a simple day to day movements we will are able to build the connection with our body.
I start my lessons with the 5 tibetan rites and we'll complete them gradually.
I also practice Bikram, Asana and relaxation yoga. My method is based on breathing, relaxation, building strength and flexibility.
