About Tolu
I am an incoming Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) undergraduate in Leeds, with A-Level grades of A*AA in Mathematics, Economics and Biology. I have been tutoring since the age of 16, and I have gained extensive experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
I am passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their academic goals through clear explanations, structured lessons, and a supportive teaching style. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to suit each individual’s strengths, challenges, and objectives.

My teaching approach is simple and effective: I provide clear, concise notes covering the key content, then focus on practice questions to reinforce understanding and develop exam technique. If a student finds a topic challenging, we work through questions together step-by-step and use mark schemes to understand exactly what examiners are looking for. Every lesson is tailored to the student’s individual needs and goals.
