About Alex
I have had two years of experience working with children and teaching them how to play piano and violin. In addition to teaching piano, I am also the founder of a non-for-profit high school music organisation who has worked with multiple child care centres to provide music lessons, so you can be rest assured I am experienced in the area of music! Not only have the children I taught come to love music even more, many of them have also chosen to continue learning the piano and violin and have advanced to more difficult grades.
I have also held a few masterclasses on piano learning and accompanying with adolescents and young adults. With my teaching experience and qualifications, I will most certainly guarantee you that your piano learning journey will be a remarkable one indeed.

Having completed my L.Mus.A, I know the ins and outs of the AMEB syllabus and will most certainly be able to tailor my lessons to the needs of you or your child.
On your very first lesson, I will draft a lesson plan for the year which would be based on your learning goals for the year, so that we can both be on the same page about the progress of lessons.
Having scored a 45+ study score in VCE Music Performance, I will most definitely also be able to help out with your VCE Music studies if you are currently doing VCE this year.
I absolutely love working with new students, so do contact me if you would like to advance in your piano learning in a fun yet relaxed environment!
