Old school teaching with new aid methods andempathetic approach towards well being

Her education and deep interest in psychology I think mutates in her being a good teacher. She makes efforts to recognize the short comings and works furiously to eradicate them in her students. Although sometimes she is tough on her students but I personally feel teacher being strict is necessary for the student to build character.
