About Stephanie
I am an athlete competing internationally in aerobic gymnastics! I am currently completing my my masters in exercise physiology. I have also completed my sports and exercise science degree, and worked in the health and fitness industry for 5 years.

My teaching method is providing training programs tailored to your needs, in a face to face training environment! I also provide nutritional advice/ diet programs. I do weekly check-ins on a Sunday also and will base programs off a fitness questionnaire / some basic strength testing.
