About Tanishaa
Well I'm a student myself in college and I think I get students very well due to the fact of being one.
So I use it to my advantage to teach children and I still teach now and I feel it has always been a ideal trait for me.

I usually give the child a brief description about his/her lesson first then I start with the chapter so that the child has some knowledge regarding the chapter that he/she is being taught.
Also I after every topic I ask a few questions about the particular topic so that the child remembers the topic well.
