About Lana

My Achievements and Experience:

Candidate Master of Sports (CMS) and multiple-time champion in competitions in Ukraine and Israel.

I have been teaching chess since 2018, starting my chess journey as a player at the age of 3.5.

Participant in the Israel Chess League (2018-2022) and the Greek team (2023).

Certified chess tournament referee (Ukraine).

European certificate for teaching chess in schools and educational institutions.

FIDE School Instructor Diploma.

Degree in International Economic Relations.

I teach in four languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Hebrew.

I conduct online lessons, allowing you to study from anywhere in the world!

About the lesson

I teach children/adults from ages 4 and up. Classes are held online through the zoom program in convenient chess programs, where you can fully control and move the board and figures.

*Before starting training with me, I always hold an online-meeting, it is free and takes about 30 minutes. We get to know each other at the meetings, I show how our classes are going, and I give small tasks to the child/adult in order to immediately determine where to start and how, depending on the age, the perception of the child/adult and the pace, to provide information and draw up an individual learning program for the child/adult.

Since the classes are held online, you can be in any time zone.

I have various online learning options :
- individual sessions;
– group up to 5 people;

I also hold online tournaments for my students and after tournaments I send diplomas that you can print them

After each lesson, I give feedback and all the material after the lesson - I send it to you! I assign homework at the request of the parents️

With the help of chess, your child: ️

- will learn how to solve complex problems in the mind;
- will increase your concentration;
- will improve the skill of logical thinking;
- will develop moral and volitional qualities;
- will be able to improve the ability to think creatively in order to eventually achieve the desired result ...

Chess lessons teach a child to be disciplined, diligent, patient and strive for the goal.

Lesson duration:

Private lessons. For each child, the time of classes is determined individually and can vary from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Group lessons. The duration of the lesson is 1 hour. In a group up to 5 people.
