About Claire
I was a tutor for three years. I have also worked in child care settings and with people with disabilities. I am prepared to take on whatever you throw at me. In college I even wrote a plan to help people stop smoking with exercise.

My degree is in health services, and I took extra health/fitness classes. I am also a former gymnast and athlete. I envision two parts to each lesson. One will be when we talk about goals and ways to get there. Then the other will be when we can actually work out together. (Through the computer of course)
