About Yousef
Hi, my name is Yousef, I have been teaching Maths and Physics online for over 2 years. I was born and educated in London where I attended Alleyn's School in Dulwich, studying Maths, Physics and Biology at A level achieving AAA. Later I attended Newcastle University to study Mechanical Engineering, achieving a first class hons degree [BEng]. I specialised in high voltage electromechanical systems, designing a battery pack and control system for the university's racing team. After university I joined one of the UK's top start-up companies as a systems integration engineer in the powertrain research and development team. However after a year I left that role in order to start my own tutoring business which allowed me to have location independent earnings. Over the last 2 years I have tutored for leading agencies and as of September this year I have started tutoring independently through my own platform Simplified Maths. With Simplified Maths I provide comprehensive revision and learning resources for my students.
