About Cassandra
I grew up with a mother who was a teacher and spent my childhood immersed in academia. I attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where I began working as a Teacher’s Assistant for advanced business statistics and graduated with honors with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management. Equipped with my love of education and business savvy, my mother and I embarked on creating a learning company of our own. I have since tutored an array of different subjects to all ages for over 12 years; I love being able to enrich students' journeys through my versatility of knowledge in many areas of study. Demonstrating a talent for making learning enjoyable, I specialize in K-12 core curriculum, homeschooling services and standardized test preparation. My pedagogy of instruction includes creating a truly individualized mode of teaching for every student based on their specific style of learning and strengths. I also have experience in curriculum development, education quality auditing, high-school classroom instruction, and education services for non profit organizations.
