Ian is a really dedicated tutor who will listen to you and specifically run lessons that benefit you specifically, he will allow you to choose what you want to do and select and work on the areas you struggle with and never has a problem explaining things when they don't make sense and he does so in an engaging and in a way that I understand the subject . He's brilliant and takes the time to make sure your happy with the topics even if it means running over time a bit. He is very flexible with his time being happy to have lessons late in the evening which is great for an athlete like me with a crazy training plan.

Ian has helped me and so many other students so much over the last year. The Oxford Engineering Science first year course is incredibly challenging and he helped me with all aspects of it (both practical and theory), explaining small details to me and being incredibly patient with me the entire time. He also offered great exam advice and helped with answering questions. I am very grateful to him and would strongly recommend him as a tutor.
