About Vlad
I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, where I have obtained a high First Class in my MMath Mathematics degree. I have won multiple prizes in contests such as the Romanian National Mathematics Olympiad, the International Mathematics Competition, AMC, AIME and others.
In September, I will begin a DPhil in Mathematics at the University of Oxford.
I have plenty of experience tutoring Mathematics online.

I teach Mathematics in a very structured manner, making sure the concepts are well-explained and that they appear natural to the students. I emphasise why a certain concept is important and what its uses are in Maths and the real world. My focus is on true understanding, not on memorisation.
I can teach students preparing for their A-levels or for university admissions.

Perfect! My son had a really excellent tutor session with Vlad as preparation for his MAT test. Vlad marked and provided detailed commentary and instruction on the MAT paper in the session (Vlad suggested my son completed one and sent it through to him beforehand). Vlad was patient and engaging, me soon would definitely recommend him as a tutor.
